We are seeking an exceptional Senior Head Housekeeper / House Manager to join a prestigious yet informal VIP family in Central London. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-end household and enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage a team of 3 housekeepers

    • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a large family home

    • Deliver 5-star FOH and food & beverage service

    • Liaise closely with the principals and their children to ensure all needs are met

    • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and discretion

    • Coordinate with other household staff and external suppliers as needed

    • Be hands-on when required and lead by example

Ideal Suit:

    • Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess in yachting OR as a Head Housekeeper/Junior House Manager in a VIP household

    • Fluent in English with excellent communication and service skills

    • Highly polished, professional, and naturally personable

    • Discreet, adaptable, and solutions-focused

    • Comfortable working in a household with children

    • Flexible to travel occasionally with the family

    • Able to work a 5-day week with the occasional 6th day if required
