Team Assistant needed in the West End
We are currently looking for a Team Assistant to join a medium sized finance firm which is based in the West End. This position is supporting the Head of International Private Equity and four Analysts. This is mainly an office based role and is paying up to 60k. Solid TA experience is required ideally from a Finance background.
The role
EA duties to Ipek, meetings, diary management, travel
Team admin to four people
Ordering lunch in
Office admin, taking pride in managing the Private Equity floor
Ordering stationary
Meeting and greeting clients/guests
Acting as an Office Ambassador
Process Invoices
Onboarding duties
