Operations/Office Manager - EA Specialist, Central London. Hybrid.

Our expanding Fintech client located near St Pancreas, are current seeking an Operations/People/EA Specialist to join their London office.

As sole support in the London office, you will be liaising/working across the States, reporting into the Operational/People Lead.
Financially secure they are seeking an ambitious individual who would want to stay long term, be part of their growth and success.
A very broad role reporting into and assisting the Operational/EA/People Lead with duties including,
• Sourcing, helping set up the New York office, (required to travel back and forth to the States)
• HR Admin/recruitment – dealing with new hires and recruitment processes
• Extensive interaction and liaison with all stake holders and high-profile investors
• Managing investor reports, security compliance
• Facilities, operational, OM duties
• Liaising with contractors, managing/negotiating budgets
• Light touch EA support to the Founder and team – diary management, ad hoc travel
• Due diligence – customers, investors, stakeholders
• Organising events and off sites
• Managing CRMs and managing the launch of the new system
The successful candidate will have experience of carrying out a board level/'operational' role
• Operational/OM experience inc. facilities management
• Budget management
• EA/Team support – org. duties
• IT/Tech savvy and experience of managing internal CRMs and systems
• Stakeholder management exp.
• Someone happy to travel
• Ambitious, driven, willing to work hard in a role you can shape and make your own
• Dynamic, hands on, and flexible in your approach
• Any exposure to having worked in finance/fintech would be highly beneficial
• A real people person / client facing / warm / a natural at building and maintaining relationships
