Front of House Administrator
This role is to go in as the FOH Receptionist, but one of the Directors will be in need of a PA soon. They want to train this individual to be his PA.
Ideally a 1st/2nd jobber. Someone you trust to be a hard-worker and genuinely bright with common sense.
Responsibilities:
• Answering, screening and directing calls – taking and relaying messages.
• Managing meeting room diaries.
• Meeting and greeting guests and showing them to the meeting rooms – ensuring they have refreshments.
• Clearing and tidying the meeting rooms before and after meetings.
• Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries (incoming and outgoing).
• Organizing and maintaining office / kitchen and stationery supplies.
• Overflow PA duties.
• Running errands and anything ad hoc.
• Watering plants and maintaining the coffee machine.
The individual:
• They need someone who is hard-working and happy to stay late when busy.
• A cheerful and personable individual.
• They must be well-presented, and it is vital that they understand the importance of first impressions.
• Can work autonomously as well as in a team.
