Excel Careers/Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specialising in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.


Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced international law firm known for their collaborative and friendly environment. They are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Personal Assistant (PA) to join their team and provide essential support to the lawyers and administrative staff.


Your responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, ensuring timely planning of meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organise meeting logistics, prepare agendas and documentation, and ensure rooms are arranged.
  • Invoicing: Assist with the preparation and processing of client invoices in coordination with the finance department.
  • Reception Duties: Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Liaison: Communicate effectively with other PAs and staff across branches to ensure smooth internal coordination.
  • Legal Team Support: Provide general administrative support to lawyers, including document formatting, filing, and other ad hoc tasks.


    Your profile:

    • Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written).
    • Personality: Friendly, approachable, and not afraid to take initiative. A dynamic team player with a positive and proactive mindset.
    • Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional setting with high expectations.
    • Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
