You will begin by supporting the referencing team, sending and obtaining references efficiently. Once settled, you’ll move on to more exciting project-based work, including auditing, conducting right-to-work (RTW) checks, and candidate screening.
The administrative side of the role includes supporting the admin team with diary management, arranging travel, and scheduling interviews and client meetings, so strong organisational skills are essential.
Other responsibilities include general administrative and ad hoc tasks, as well as assisting in the organisation of internal events and functions.
