Summer Opportunity in Events and Customer Service

We need someone with experience in customer service or an events-based role, who is happy to meet and greet customers and clients with a friendly manner. You will be the main point of contact, responsible for responding to all enquiries by email, phone, and in person regarding event bookings. You must be highly organised, able to manage and coordinate all enquiries while remaining calm, kind, and professional.
You will use the CRM system to record all requests, input and update key information, and ensure all documentation is accurate and current. The goal is to make sure every client has a positive and smooth experience so they will want to return.
This is a part-time role, with occasional evening or weekend work. If you have the right experience, can get up to speed quickly, and do a great job, there is potential for this to become a full-time position.
