Junior Event Coordinator, 6 month FTC
We are currently looking for a Junior Event Coordinator to join a Finance Company in St Paul's. This role is paying 30-33k and is working from home 1 day a week. This could suit someone with a minimum of 6 months events experience.
The role
Venue searches – frequent searches for dinners, intern events, team outings, management presentations
Onsite assistance as required
Invitation coordination support – RSVP logging and final attendee lists for logging
Smartsheet Budgets
Assistance with closing dinners and management presentation coordination
Printed materials (eg name badges, place cards)
