Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Office Managers, Sales & Marketing Assistants and Customer Service Representatives. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting an Accountant (Medior to Senior) for one of our clients based in Brussels.
Salary package : salary in line with experience.
Contract : long-term interim assignment
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Invoice Oversight: Take charge of logging, validating, and processing all supplier invoices to keep financial records precise and up to date
- Incoming Payment Reconciliation: Monitor and align incoming funds with internal records to ensure flawless tracking of revenue streams
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise regularly with external partners to confirm accurate documentation, respond to inquiries, and uphold timely settlement of accounts
- Financial Reporting and Closures: Drive monthly financial finalizations and support wider accounting functions, including internal audits and performance reports
Essential Skills and Experience :
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Solid background in financial operations, ideally at an intermediate or advanced level
- A sharp eye for details and exceptional organizational skills
- Comfort working within finance software ecosystems and proficient with tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset and the ability to communicate effectively across teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Horus platforms is good to have
