Leading international professional services company is seeking an experienced HR Assistant/HR Advisor.
A growing, successful company with 200 people based in beautiful offices in St Paul's is seeking an HR Assistant to support the HR Managers and team.
Duties will include Recruitment, co-ordinating and arranging interviews as well as managing all new joiner schedules and on-boarding processes. You will also manage monthly payroll and upload data accurately to the HR system.
You will also manage the Holidays in-box, create HR reports as well as assisting with the employee engagement survey and provide generalist HR support to the HR Managers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years HR experience and be CIPD Level and have the ability to liaise with candidates across all levels.
This is a replacement role and a full handover will be available with the outgoing candidate. A fantastic, growing company in beautiful offices in the City!
