- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate diaries, book meetings, arrange travel itineraries, and manage appointment scheduling
- Maintain and organise digital and paper filing systems; keep internal databases accurate and up to date
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly in a well-kept workspace
- Input and manage data in spreadsheets and other tracking tools with accuracy
- Manage confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
- Serve as a first point of contact for external stakeholders, offering timely support and clear communication
- This is a six-month contract with an immediate start, providing a valuable opportunity to gain insight into the inner workings of a purpose-driven organisation. The role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work within a committed and collaborative team.
