Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Office Managers, Sales & Marketing Assistants and Customer Service Representatives. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting an HR Assistant for one of our clients based in Brussels.
Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience.
Schedule : 3/5th or 4/5th
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Support daily HR activities and maintain accurate employee records
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and contract management
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and internal HR projects
- Respond to employee queries on policies and procedures
- Provide data to payroll providers for salary processing
- Communicate with public agencies and manage training documentation
Essential Skills and Experience :
- Understanding of employment regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Degree in HR or a related field
- Perfectly fluent in English and French or Dutch
