HR and Learning and Development Assistant
The Role
Our international specialist client based in Solihull are looking for a HR and Learning and Development Assistant on a 12-month FTC, to join their office on a full time, hybrid basis for up 28k a year with parking onsite!
The Responsibilities
The role encompasses duties such as:
- Overseeing wellbeing initiatives ensue a range of activities are promoted
- Manage the payroll process
- Assist with annual salary reviews and bonus process
- Facilitate in the onboarding and recruitment process including drafting contracts, onboarding documents, RTW checks and other necessary paperwork
- Maintaining HR documentation such as templates and policies
- Assist with the appraisal process
- Assisting with stakeholder process and employee queries
- Helping with the internal learning system to support the technical build of courses and resources, help deliver internal deliver workshops and career development programmes/learning resources
- Assisting with collection of data analysis and feedback
The Experience
Ideal experience for this role is previous experience within HR processes and/or a learning and development role.
