Our client, a well-respected organisation within the professional services sector, is seeking an initiative-taking and personable individual to join their in-house recruitment team. This hybrid role (1 day per week in the office) offers the opportunity to work for a company that truly puts its employees first.
In this fast-paced and rewarding position, you will play a key role in sourcing and securing top talent across a variety of campaigns and roles. Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred, but we are looking for someone with a cheerful outlook and a passion for people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, and the company website
- Engage with past and current candidates to gather feedback and improve the hiring process.
- Support the development of recruitment initiatives to boost candidate engagement.
- Conduct ad-hoc recruitment tasks as required by the line manager.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience through friendly and professional communication.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Undertake general administrative tasks including printing, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Driving licence preferable
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of UK employment law and legislation (desirable)
- Understanding of GDPR guidelines
- Friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong collaborator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
