Patient Care Coordinator based in a luxurious Central London setting

If you are looking for a role where you can demonstrate your sales and customer care prowess then this is the perfect role for you!

The main purpose of the role is to help the patients through their journey from the first contact through to the continuing aftercare. At the same time you will be working with other coordinators to ensure that the booking targets are met whilst delivering great patient care.

The main responsibilities include:-

  • Answering queries on the phone
  • To book surgical appointments and consultants
  • Invoicing patients for deposits and surgery balances
  • Updating all records on the patient database
  • Hitting monthly targets and KPIs
  • To complete all administration
  • To sell a variety of related products
  • Shifts:- 08:00  16:30/08:30-17:00/9:00-17:30 and 09:30-18:00

You will have :-

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in customer facing roles
  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience in offering consumer services with a proven track record of hitting KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written skills 
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
