Admin Co-Ordinator

The Role

We have an exciting temporary role for an Admin Co-ordinator to join a large brand based in Stratford Upon Avon with a hybrid pattern on a part time basis of 21 hours over the course of 3 longer days of 5 shorter days for an initial period of 2 months offering between £13-£15hr.

The Responsibilities
This role will focus on helping 4 individuals with administration behind the scenes, including organisational travel and hotels for the events which the business is holding, handling emails and drafting appropriate responses, processing cheques and payments, organising financial reports and reconciling again the data base and any other administration duties. There is also the possibility to attend the events the company are holding.

The Experience
For this role they are looking for previous solid administration experience and due to location would need to be driver.
