As a High-Level Executive Assistant, you are used to being the right hand to senior executives, providing a broad range of executive support to ensure the efficiency of their daily activities. You feel comfortable acting as a key point of contact within the organisation, demonstrating exceptional organisational and communication skills while managing complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management.
  • Manage and prioritise complex calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports in English, French, and Dutch.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  • Organise and manage high-profile events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation and organisation of board meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Support senior management with ad hoc tasks, including research, project coordination, and document management.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and liaise with other departments when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Trilingual in English, French, and Dutch (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably within a legal, corporate, or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management, clients, and colleagues.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is a plus.
