Key Responsibilities
Organising partners’ diaries, including booking travel, scheduling meetings, and setting reminders
Taking minutes during meetings
Performing general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Acting as the first point of contact, handling calls, messages, and correspondence internally and externally
Providing cover for team members during absences, holidays, and sick leave
Liaising with staff, external suppliers, and clients to support queries
Writing and preparing documents on behalf of the directors
Acting as gatekeeper and point of contact for directors
Administering legal papers for the board
Transferring calls from reception to the relevant person
Ensuring accurate billing and invoicing of clients
Drafting agendas for meetings

Skills and Experience Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A can-do, proactive attitude
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
Confidence in completing general office administration tasks
Previous experience in a legal or professional services setting
Ideally, experience in a legal or property-based environment
Knowledge of legal practices and procedures
