Responsibilities:
Answering all incoming calls and redirecting to the relevant team.
Daily administrative tasks, including scanning and filing.
Completing administrative tasks for the recruitment team.
Completing various projects set by directors.
Sourcing sales leads from various sources.
Sourcing CVs from websites and various other methods.
Greeting various candidates and clients upon arrival.
Completing weekly reports.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Strong organisational skills.
Adaptability.
Graduate with a 2:1 or higher.
Proactive and proficient in managing workloads.
Positive mental attitude.
Friendly telephone manner.
