Receptionist for Glossy Law Firm

A fantastic law firm is recruiting for a Front of House / Estates Assistant to join their Birmingham city centre-based office. This position is primarily front of the house with a focus on creating good working relationships within the office and providing a first-class service to external and internal clients. Some key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:

Front of house:
Welcoming all clients, external and internal visitors
Ensuring the client suite and front desk area are clear of any clutter and kept neat and tidy
Communicating with PAs and Legal advisors to understand requirements for events and client visits
Managing and organising client hospitality and travel arrangements
Setting up and preparing meeting rooms with all the requested equipment
Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with queries where possible
Dealing with incoming email requests and meeting room requests to ensure they are checked and processed throughout the day

Estates assistant:
Post scanning and distribution, both email and physical
Printing of large scare plans and folding them in line with departmental standards
Collating and copying documents
Scanning and reproduction of large complex files
Document binding
Archiving documents

This role would be perfect for someone who can work with a team and maintain a positive and confident attitude. The successful individual will also be required to have high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines. Applicants must be comfortable with heights and be flexible on hours where needed.
