HR Administrator (Shared Services)

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR administrator to join a well-respected charity based in Oldbury in their shared service team. This is hybrid position, full time, permanent and offering between 23-25k a year.
Responsibilities
This role would be managing daily administration tasks across the HR life cycle activities including starters, movers, leavers and payroll related actions, handling inbox messages and instruction into the HR services inbox, create and issue correspondence, escalate any issues, ensure accuracy in data entry, respond to reference requests ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations, supporting vetting requirements, and contributing to group projects when required.
Experience
6-12 months experience working with HR is ideal for this role or someone who has a keen interest in HR processes.
