A fabulous Reception area needs a great Receptionist, is this you?

This long established Maritime company has a great opportunity for a Receptionist who is professional  and conscientious  to join their growing team . There are 50 people in the company. .

The responsibilities included:-

  • Meeting and greeting guests, fielding calls and managing the switchboard
  • Organising and preparing meeting rooms, arranging refreshments for clients
  • Ordering supplies. managing the post, general correspondence and couriers  etc
  • Ad-hoc team wide admin activities 

You will have :-

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A friendly , cheerful disposition
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Proactive approach

The hours are :- 09:30 - 17:30  5 days in the office    3% pension
