Document Production Specialist (in legal)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Document Production Specialist to join a well-known and respected law firm, offering 2-10pm evening hours offering 35k a year. This is a remote role but needs to be based near an office location such as Birmingham, Manchester, Exeter or London.

This role is ideal for someone who is a document production specialist and is now looking to take on extra responsibility.

The duties for this role include:
Managing workflow processes to enhance productivity.
Reviewing the shared inbox to ensure that the work is distributed evenly.
Interpret complex briefs and ensure the team are informed throughout.
Production of work to include correspondence, documents, reports, bundles, deeds and bible rooms.
Ensure work is carried out using house style and in line with the firms’ procedures and systems
Any other tasks requested by any other supervisors.

For this role is essential to have previous document production experience or experience as a workflow co-ordinator for this role.
