This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Operations Team Leader to join an international recruitment service provider based in Birmingham City Centre. This role is hybrid, salary starting from 36K+ on a 12-month FTC with amazing benefits, and agile working.

Responsibilities
This role is responsible for ensuring the business services and operations are effective, efficient and support the growth of the company both internationally and in the UK. You will manage a team who deals with the compliance for the company, and this role will delegate and monitor the team’s performance and workload and giving development where necessary.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience of team management, experience working within either an operations or recruitment team leader position, in a professional services or HR environment and experience of reviewing processes and identifying potential areas for improvement.
