Client Account Manager for FinTech
We have an amazing opportunity for an individual to join a forward-thinking tech company in Birmingham as an Account Manager. Your role will primarily involve client relations, engaging with clients, conducting research, processing orders and providing the best service possible for your customers.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Investigating all customer queries.
Preparing and presenting reports, and updating systems with any developments
Leading and participating in internal and external customer meetings.
Negotiating prices and reviewing costs of new and existing stock.
Working to generate new business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be confident leading meetings and conference calls and have strong IT skills. You must have a good work ethic and be able to prioritise your workload and manage your time efficiently. The ideal candidate will preferably be degree (or similar) educated, have strong Account Management or Business Development experience alongside strong administration experience is essential, ideally in sales and this is an amazing opportunity for someone who is great at building rapport and looking to develop their existing skill set.
