About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to assist our Property and Asset Management teams in overseeing our real estate portfolio across Belgium and Luxembourg. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient communication with tenants, service providers, and internal teams.


The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Property and Asset Managers
  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries and coordinating solutions
  • Process and monitor invoice payments to ensure timely transactions
  • Support the creation of reports, documentation, and administrative records
  • Collaborate with vendors and service partners to facilitate property-related tasks


Essential Skills and Experience :

  • Background in administrative roles, preferably in the real estate sector
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and committed to providing excellent support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
