Our client is a leading international law firm where Executive Assistants are valued as integral business partners. Based in their prestigious Oxford office, you will work with senior lawyers across our global network.

Your role will be to provide sophisticated executive support, managing complex diaries, international travel, and high-level meetings. Your role extends beyond traditional EA duties into business development, client relationship management, and operational excellence. This will include:
  •  Leading client engagement initiatives, coordinating prestigious events, manage legal directory submissions, and maintain professional networks. 
  • You will craft client communications, support marketing initiatives, and help raise the firm's profile through various channels including LinkedIn and industry events.
  • Your client service responsibilities include managing matter inception, compliance processes, and risk assessments. 
  • You will be a key point of contact, handling sophisticated client queries and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all interactions.
  • You will be taking ownership of financial processes, manage billing procedures, conduct financial housekeeping meetings, and oversee expense management. 
  • You will produce client financial reports and handle complex billing queries with confidence and discretion.
  • There will be a need to support multiple lawyers requires exceptional organisational skills. This means you will undertake document production, coordinate with global teams, and maintain crucial business systems. Your ability to prioritise and delegate will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
This role requires an Executive Assistant from a professional services background, preferably with law firm exposure. You will need exceptional communication skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
