Recruitment and Operations Team Leader- 12 months FTC
A global professional services firm based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking a forward thinking, confident and engaging Recruitment Operations Team Leader to help lead a small team of Compliance Assistants on an initial 12 months FTC covering maternity leave. Working as part of a global team of specialists, the successful candidate will have a solid background around Recruitment or HR Operations where they managed a small team previously. People management experience is key alongside experience working within a global professional services setting. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a mark on a global business and make a real impact.
The successful candidate will lead on all people management related tasks such as 1 to 1’s, appraisals, performance management and reviews, assisting with recruitment alongside managing workflows and quality reviews. Further to this, you will be an expert in IR35 and HR, compliance tasks and onboarding of clients. You will also be responsible for creating and reviewing contracts and PSL’s and helping with strategy and budget management.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a people management role from within professional services, an advanced knowledge of IR35 and HR Compliance related tasks alongside experience with managing budgets and creating strategy. You will have first class communication skills and be great at building relationships and have a warm approach to work.
This is an initial 12 months FTC role, working full time (hybrid working). Salary is dependent on experience.
