Live-In Grounds-person - Stratford Upon Avon
Live-In Grounds-Person required for VIP living in Stratford Upon Avon – Paying Up to 40K
We are looking for a Grounds--person to work on a 16-acre estate in Stratford Upon Avon from Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm during winter months, 9am - 5pm during summertime/TBC with principal. Some flexibility required when clients are in residence.
The role comes with a cottage, all bill included. Partners welcome.
Job Responsibilities:
• High-quality ground maintenance service on the estate.
• Responsible for a range of activities; grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning and general
maintenance
• Ensuring a safe working environment is always maintained, carrying out daily maintenance and
safety checks on all equipment.
This is a hugely responsible role and would suit an experienced Grounds-person with a minimum of 5 years experience and excellent written references.
Paying up to £40K on a self-employed contract.
