Legal Administration Assistant for Growing Firm

A reputable law firm based in Birmingham is seeking a switched-on Administrative Assistant to provide excellent support within the professional, busy environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to get foot in the door of a well-established and competitive legal environment.

The role will primarily involve producing extensive documentation, compiling bundles, filing of deeds and correspondence, archiving, assisting with the billing, ensuring administrative support is completed where required such as supporting the fee earners and PAs and maintaining the database systems. This really is an all-round, hands-on position.
If you are looking to kick-start your career within a professional environment, this may be the role for you. Ideally, you will have strong academics alongside some office experience.

This role offers a chance to develop into administration so may not suit a candidate whose ambitions are to obtain a training contract.
