Strategic HR Business Partner for Growing Company
A property business based near Lichfield is looking for an HR Business Partner to act as the right-hand person to the HR Director and provide a high standard of generalist HR support.
The role will primarily involve managing relationships with external providers, updating all systems in relation to the correct guidelines, handling various areas of ER and managing a range of cases. You will also help with administering pension and payroll and producing extensive reports. You will be chasing right to work documentation, coordinating benefits admin, carrying out employee meetings and assisting with compliance. The successful individual will continually seek improvements and suggest ways to provide a seamless HR service. If you are a strong team player with an adaptable and proactive approach to your work, this may be the role for you.
The role has a lot of scope to adapt and change. You will be given free reign to take ownership and manage your own projects. Alongside this, you may have the opportunity to travel to the different sites and build strong working relationships with exciting parts of the business. For this reason, access to your own vehicle will be necessary.
The successful HRBP will have previous HR Business Partnering experience at a similar level, alongside a level-headed and unflappable approach. You must be confident in managing employee relations and handling HR cases.
