Document Services Coordinator, 12m contract, hybrid working, Central London. £27k
Our technology client is seeking a Document Services Coordinator to join their office of approx 160pp. Working within a team of 3pp, the role is to work collaboratively to oversee the smooth operation of the company's transcript production function to ensure that they are produced and delivered swiftly and to a high standard.
The role requires someone tech savvy, a fast learner with an interest in the tech world, a fast learner, process driven, someone with excellent attention to detail and motivated to do a job well.
Due to the nature of the nature of the role, excellent English skills are essential, written and spoken.
Client Services background, experience of managing a process essential.
Working on a rota basis between 9.30am and 8pm (9.30/10am to-6/6.30pm, 10.30am-7pm, 11.30am - 8pm). The later shift week can be done remotely from home.
