  • As an Executive Assistant (EA) within a creative organisation, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of executive leadership’s day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of providing administrative support in fast-paced, creative environments. Your ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional organisational systems will be essential for success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and key internal and external communications.
    • Prioritise and manage a wide variety of tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and details are not overlooked.
    • Act as a liaison between the executive team and both internal staff and external partners, managing requests and facilitating communications.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Organise and maintain files, reports, and other key documentation in a structured and easily accessible manner.
    • Assist with travel arrangements and event planning, including logistics and itineraries for both domestic and international trips.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across departments

    Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably in the creative industry.
      • Strong understanding of the demands and dynamics of the creative industry, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
      • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management tools and software.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, clients, and teams at all levels.
      • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
      • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to anticipate the needs of the executive team.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
      • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
      • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and creative work environment.
