The Role:
Working as part of a team, the Case Manager role will be focused on:
Assisting with incoming enquires.
Offering advice and assisting with technical issues.
Ensuring the client and the enquiry is handled in a professional and helpful manner.
Administrative responsibilities including logging details, updating data and processing any relevant admin.
About You:
Due to the nature of the role, the new Case Manager / Administrator will require:
Superb communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
A strong personality and enthusiastic attitude are key - personable and a true team player.
A fast leaner who takes takes pride in doing a job well.
6 months + of commercial/office admin.
CS experience.
