We are currently recruiting a Revenur Management Assistant for one of our clients, an international firm located in Brussels, easily accessible by public transportation. You will play a coordinating role which is of key importance in their organization.
Your responsibilities:
Revenue and Matter Management:
• Manage the administrative tasks related to matter management, such as recording key information in a database, preparing arrangement letters for clients, and providing regular updates on fees to clients
• Track essential revenue metrics for matters and proactively address any potential concerns with senior lawyers
• Maintain financial health of the practice by ensuring timely billing, in collaboration with the Belgium Revenue Team, while building strong working relationships with matter managers and partners
• Ensure invoices are consistent with agreed fee arrangements and prepare supporting documentation using spreadsheets
• Address any administrative issues related to eBilling and collaborate directly with client finance teams on billing matters
Administrative Support:
• Provide full administrative support to lawyers, including managing correspondence, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Assist in document management and production using Word, PowerPoint, and PDF formats, and oversee databases
• Ensure timely completion of timesheets and efficiently manage expense claims and purchase requests
Your profile:
• Min. 2 years experience in an Executive support role, ideally in a similar enviornment
• Experience in billing
• Dutch or French native or equivalent and Fluent in English
• Ability to prioritize, excellent organizational and communicational skills
• Eye for detail and quality, results-minded and service-minded, rigorous, autonomous and flexible
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
