Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting a Team Administrative Assistant for one of our clients, a law firm based in Brussels.
Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience (maximum €4000).
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and business teams, including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense management, meeting coordination, filing, and handling confidential documents
- Assist with client data updates, mailing lists, and ad hoc tasks using internal systems
- Support recruitment activities, such as interview coordination and event organization
- Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and responsibilities
Essential Skills and Experience :
- 2+ years of experience in an office-based assistant role
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- A secretarial qualification is an asset
- Team player with strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Professional, discreet, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented, able to handle tight deadlines under pressure
