Approx 40pp strong, the main focus of the role is based on Reception providing First Class FoH support, meeting and greeting, organising meeting rooms, managing diaries, redirecting calls, setting up meeting rooms, IT equipment for virtual calls/meetings and more. The role requires someone proactive, with lots of common sense, smiley, warm - a flexible and willing to help attitude, someone who takes pride in their role, a positive energy. The role will be busy but in quiet periods you will be expected to assist with more basic tasks, post, filing etc - hence a nothing too much trouble attitude is key.
