Marketing & Events Executive
My client are a highly innovative Tech firm based in Birmingham looking to recruit an Marketing & Events Executive. This role is integral to the business and will play a key role in supporting the brand and thought leadership side of the business.
This role is ideal for an innovative brand ambassador who enjoys creativity and thinking outside the box.
This role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager. This role focuses on planning and executing engaging events alongside day-to-day marketing initiatives. The role is ideal for a Marketing professional who loves events.
This role will require a wide variety of duties which will include:
- Organising in-person and virtual events, including industry conferences, workshops, and networking sessions, managing all logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborating with the Communications Content Manager on PR-related events and thought leadership showcases.
Overseeing member onboarding, engagement, and renewals
- Assisting the Senior Marketing Manager with marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand and thought leadership objectives.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Executive on day-to-day content and campaign coordination.
- Creating meaningful connections within the member community by enhancing event experiences, engaging with members regularly, and capturing feedback to guide future initiatives.
- Working with the Communications Content Manager to support and promote content at events
- Supporting promotional efforts for events and membership benefits via email, social media, and other digital channels.
- Preparing event-related materials and maintaining pre- and post-event communications.
- Tracking event attendance, member engagement, and return on investment and suggest improvements.
- Preparing reports on event and membership metrics for the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Supporting with in-house events, networking and staff social drinks.
- Monitoring industry trends and delivering plans to the Senior Marketing Manager on new events and ideas.
