Paralegal within Wills and Probate for Leading Regional Firm
Full-time, permanent position based in Worcester, offering up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
An exciting opportunity to work as a Paralegal for a leading regional firm, working within their Wills and Probate department has just become available! Based in Worcester, the successful applicant will work alongside fee-earners and other members of their team to ensure the smooth-running of the department.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Provide timely, accurate and comprehensive support to the department’s fee-earners, assisting them in their case load; ensuring the provision of the best support for the clients
- Drafting and handling documents, correspondence and briefings to distribute to clients
- Administrative duties including working with files, correspondence and documents, ensuring the correct collation of the team’s resources
- File management, including archiving and opening and closing files
- Correspondence with clients and fee earners via both telephone and email
- Updating the firm’s case and client management systems to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Progressing cases in a highly efficient, accurate and professional manner
- Other administrative and support duties when required
Prospective applicants must be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge-base and passion for the area of law, in addition to previous work experience within professional services; ideally legal. Applicants must be highly organised, have outstanding communication skills to liaise confidently and competently with clients and fee-earners, and thrive working as part of a team.
