The Angela Mortimer Group work with a variety of high calibre clients to recruit office support and admin roles. We have been successfully running our graduate scheme for a number of years. It is perfect for a recent graduate looking to see results from their hard work from day 1!
This graduate scheme moves you from an Operations Co-ordinator to a Recruitment Consultant in as few as three months. You will be the first point of contact for clients and candidates when you answer the phone and greet candidates as they arrive into our office. You will need to be able to coordinate logistics including booking meeting rooms. Your role will be varied and give you experience in a wealth of tasks, including leading meetings and organising client events.
Prior to progressing on to be a recruitment consultant, your daily role will look like:
• Ensuring the smooth running of the office
• Greeting candidates
• Answering calls from candidates and clients
• Booking meeting rooms
• Organising meetings
• Making sure CVs reach our consultants efficiently
We are looking for someone who is:
• Ambitious, driven and hard working
• An excellent communicator
• Able to find solutions and think outside of the box
• Punctual and reliable
• Able to talk to high calibre clients professionally
