Office Manager
Introduction
Our client is a prestigious international law firm located in the centre of Brussels. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Office Manager to join their dynamic and diverse team!
Your responsibilities
- You will oversee health and safety measures, as well as office security
- You will act as the first point of contact between the Brussels office and other global location
- You will support the finance team with invoicing and billing
- You will be liaising with suppliers ensuring smooth operations
- You will be assisting with Business Development, HR and Marketing
- You will help other departments when needed
- You will manage facilities and handle insurance administration
Your profile
- You have strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager, preferably in the legal sector
- You have advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- You have a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
