Office Manager

Introduction

Our client is a prestigious international law firm located in the centre of Brussels. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Office Manager to join their dynamic and diverse team!

Your responsibilities

  • You will oversee health and safety measures, as well as office security
  • You will act as the first point of contact between the Brussels office and other global location
  • You will support the finance team with invoicing and billing
  • You will be liaising with suppliers ensuring smooth operations
  • You will be assisting with Business Development, HR and Marketing
  • You will help other departments when needed
  • You will manage facilities and handle insurance administration

Your profile

  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager, preferably in the legal sector
  • You have advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • You have a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
