PA to VP head of investor Relations 1yr mat cover
Fast Paced PA required to cover a one year maternity contract for a luxury boutique investment client to start at short notice.
This role will be working in the investor relations team with two really down to earth VP's and overseeing global roadshows, conferences and events. Role also includes supporting VPS with diary, travel and expense manageme nt and maintaining the shareholder database.
Chosen candidate will need to be available at short notice and be discreet, with exceptional communication and relationship management skills as you will be liaising with brokers and finance analysts. This role also requires a quick thinker and a multitasker as you will be involved in organising corporate events, roadshows and group investor dinners quarterly as well as putting presentation packs together and assisting the wider team.
