Executive Assistant to CFO

My client is an expanding multi-service brand located near Redditch. An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their CFO. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work tow days a week in the office, providing the perfect balance between on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.

As an Executive Assistant in this fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Leadership team. Thrive in a progressive, people-focused culture where your organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Provide exceptional support to the Executives, ensuring accessibility and acting as an ambassador for the organisation.

Calendar Management: Expertly manage diaries, external and internal engagements, communications, presentations, and interactions with the plc Board, customers, suppliers, and partners.

Strategic Planning: Prioritise schedules, flag potential clashes or concerns, and forward plan meetings and documentation.

Project Collaboration: Collaborate with the Director of Operations on key projects across the business.

International Client Liaison: Consult with international clients, seamlessly coordinating travel, accommodation, and ensuring a flawless experience.

Event Support: Assist with biannual Strategy events and other company gatherings.

Executive Partnership: Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants, fostering seamless communication and coordination.

VIP Experience: Curate detailed itineraries, business entertainment, travel, cars, hotels, and more for VIP guests.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research and compile reports and papers to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Applicants must have previous Board-level experience within a larger, potentially global firm. The successful candidates will have the proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and deliver high levels of service in a client/customer-facing environment.
