Office Manager in Asset Management! Mayfair

Office Manager required for Boutique Finance firm in Mayfair!

A boutique Asset Management firm where your role will be all-encompassing.

You will assist with meet and greet of all Visitors as well as liaise with facility management vendors and suppliers. Duties will include managing the Outlook Calender as well as diary management and travel arrangements. You will also assist with the onboarding and hire of new starters together with invoicing and expenses approval.

Prior Office Management experience is required ideally within a Financial Services environment. Experience in organising and  project managing an office move is highly preferred as the company will be re-locating within the Green Park area in the summer of 2025.

Advanced MS office skills and an Entrepreneurial attitude is required, someone who can troubleshoot problems with a pro-active nature.
