Talent Acquisition Manager
A reputable business within the leisure and entertainment sector based in Manchester are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, on a full time, permanent basis. If you have a background within Talent Acquisition, a strong ability to multitask and a genuine passion for connecting with people, this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy an incredibly exciting, predominantly office based role, with a salary of up to 55k!
You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle within the business, overseeing all recruitment activity, you will work closely with the HR team to implement new recruitment strategies, conducting market research, policies, procedures, managing relationships with external agencies and much more.
You will have previous experience within a similar talent acquisition manager or lead role. Experience in a similar sector is preferable for this role too, you will have excellent organization skills, strong initiative and proactivity, if this sounds like you, please apply online today!
