Customer Service for International Retail Company (Temporary)

Full-time temporary position based initially in Birmingham, and then fully remote after two weeks.


Are you a customer service professional looking for your next opportunity? Or perhaps looking for some additional income in the run-up to Christmas? Then this could be the role for you! Based initially in Birmingham and then going fully remote after two weeks, the successful applicant will work as part of a team to deliver an outstanding web chat service to the customers of an international retail company.

The role will entail operating the live chat function for up to three customers at a time, answering queries on products and order tracking, and providing consumer advice. The role will be to cover the run up to Black Friday, the Christmas traffic, and the January sales.

This is a full-time position, working initially standard hours, and then over three weekday afternoons and weekends.
