Team Assistant, Central London - City, £30/35k

A great opportunity for an experienced office administrator, who would like to join a hard working, friendly and professional office in the City. The role will be busy and varied, providing broad support to the team along with assisting with reception duties.

Other responsibilities will include coordinating diaries, arranging international travel and visas, updating their database and helping with other admin support as required.

The successful candidate will ideally have 1-2 years experience as an administrative professional which will include coordinating international travel.

Have strong organisation skills, excellent written and communication skills

Proactive, forward thinking, one step ahead attitude - have the ability to multi task and with excellent attention to detail.

Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Google Suite are essential

Property, construction, engineering, architecture backgrounds an advantage
