Admin Assistant in City Architects

A leading international Architectural firm in the City is seeking an Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years Administrative experience in a professional services company and will have excellent organisational and communication skills.

Duties will include managing and co-ordinating calenders of Senior Managers as well as international travel arrangements and visa applications.

Working as an Administrator in beautiful offices in the City, you will enjoy working for a leading international Architectural practice who managed many international projects.

This role is 5 days office based from 9-5.30pm in a friendly, supportive, professional environment.
