IMMEDIATE START - Love admin/HR? all rounder experience OM/PA duties £35-45k, City location

Our city based client, is urgently seeking a proactive administrator to join their professional office of 60pp. Working collaboratively with the HR Manager, you will share wider support responsibilities including some adhoc Office Management and senior PA duties to a C suite Executive. A large focus of the admin support being to the HR function.

An exciting time for the business, the successful candidate will be available immediately and have provided similar support within professional services. 
80% of the role is providing admin support to the HR function with 20% providing PM and PA support.

Experience of coordinating diaries and travel (global) is an advantage.

A hands on, nothing too much trouble attitude is essential, someone who genuinely loves admin and happy to make tea one minute and arrange a visa for global travel the next.

A genuine team player, flexible, professional with a gsoh. Someone who can work at pace with the ability to multi task and an excellent eye for detail. Strong communications skills and a familiarity with the corporate finance world ideal.


Mon-Thurs office based, Fri work from home.
