IMMEDIATE START - Experienced Administrator + adhoc Office Management + senior adhoc PA duties £40-50k, City location

Our city based, boutique finance client, is urgently seeking an experienced senior administrator to start immediately. Working collaboratively with the HR Manager, you will share wider support responsibilities including some adhoc Office Management and senior PA duties to a C suite Executive. A large focus of support being admin support to the HR function.

An exciting time for the business, the successful candidate will be available immediately, have strong experience providing administrative support but will also have evidence of wider experience, assisting with facilities, office management, PA duties,diaries - global travel coordination.

A hands, nothing too much trouble attitude is essential, someone who will enjoy the role as it is, happy to make tea one minute and arrange a visa for global travel the next -  someone not necessarily looking for lots of progression.
A genuine team player, flexible, professional with a gsoh. Someone who can work at pace with the ability to multi task and an excellent eye for detail. Strong communications skills and a familiarity with the corporate finance world ideal.

Experience gained from banking or finance an advantage

Mon-Thurs office based, Fri work from home.
